Our corporate team development modules can be incorporated into a half day or full day cruise on pristine Lake Superior. No prior sailing skills or experience is necessary. 

This is one team retreat with an impact they will never forget.

The physical environment of Lake Superior and the Thunder Bay  Harbour  is spectacularly suited to spark creativity, innovation, and learning.  Often, the best work done by a team happens when the members give their brains a hand and engage in a physical task that takes them away from the office and outside their comfort zones.  Fresh air, beautiful vistas, and the exhilaration of sailing a yacht alone makes sense to refocus a team. Then add a specific outcome or objective woven into the experience, and time is lost as learning becomes fun. The wisdom the team gains will never be forgotten. 

We can start by giving your team an assessment to determine its development needs. Depending upon your objectives, we can design training programs that include a variety of experiential components created to integrate and accelerate learning. Corporate training that includes an experiential component, whether metaphorical or in real time, can bring new insights to team members that will enlighten and provide an experience that they will never forget.

We accommodate full classroom-style training with energetic brainstorming sessions, followed by the physical challenge of sailing and debriefing sessions. We have listed just a few of our offerings to give you a flavor of what can be created to meet your specific needs.
